Shipping and returns
All our prices are inclusive of 25 % VAT.
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders above 999 SEK. Shipping within the EU of orders below 999 sek is 100 SEK and rest of world 200 sek.
In case customs clearance has to be made this is the responsibility of the buyer.
HOW DO I SHOP?
Simply add items to your basket. Lili & Lala will easily guide you through the checkout. If you find it difficult to place an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to assist you. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email that your order has been received. Another email will follow as soon as we have sent your parcel. You will be given your shipping number so you will be able to track your order.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
The sizes shown for the product are staying true to size, if nothing else is given. If our sizing chart is not helping, please contact us for more information.
Delivery to Sweden is 2-5 business days. Our shoes are made by hand and if the ordered product is not in stock, it will be made on order. For EU countries delivery will be 4-6 business days and all other countries have an estimated delivery time of 6-8 delivery days. Your order is trackable through PostNord or UPS depending on what choice you make.
Payment can easily and safely be made by credit card or through Klarna. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Safe payment is guaranteed through our partners Stripe and Klarna. Please note all prices are in SEK.
If you have to cancel the order, please do this immediately by contacting email@example.com to do this. If the order has already be shipped it can not be cancelled.
Please contact Lili & Lala before returning any items. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you consignment-notes. You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in unused condition. If you would like to change to another size please contact us and we will assist you.
No returns on sale items. Unfortunately we can not take responsibility for return shipping costs. Refunds for returns or canceled orders will be made within 14 days from the receiving the return product or day of cancellation. Refunds will be made in the same form as the payment received.
Contact us directly if you have received a defect or an incorrect item. These items may be returned to us at our expense with your order-id and description.
